Self-adjusting –<\/strong> We find this technology in both the air inlets and the extraction vents. The principle is that a mechanical regulation element (shutter or terphane blade) adapts the air passage section of the air inlets or vents according to the depression to always allow a constant flow to pass.
The air in the accommodation is thus constantly renewed, ensuring the evacuation of humidity from each room to guarantee good air quality.<\/p>\n

Hygro-adjustable – Humidity-adjustable<\/strong> technology is now present in more than 90% of new homes equipped with single-flow ventilation.
The air inlets and the hygro- r\u00e9glables extraction vents react according to the relative humidity rate* of the accommodation. A nylon braid captures the humidity conditions in the room and activates a flap which more or less allows the passage of air to the mouth or the air inlet.
In order to adapt the need for ventilation, the r\u00e9glables hygro components will open gradually depending on the humidity level in the room. The air inlets will begin to open for a humidity rate close to 45% to reach their maximum opening at a rate close to 60%. The extraction vents will follow the same principle, to open gradually from a relative humidity of the room of around 30% up to a relative humidity of 70%.<\/p>\n

*The relative humidity of the air expresses the quantity of water vapor contained in the air compared to the maximum quantity that this air can contain before becoming saturated and condensing.<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The hygrometric rate<\/strong> recorded in a dwelling reflects the activity and the human presence in the latter. Through his activity (preparing meals, taking a shower or a bath, drying clothes, etc.) or his metabolism (sweating and breathing), man produces a quantity of water vapor at all times.<\/p>\n

The optimum humidity level<\/strong> in a home should be between 40 and 60%. Too high a humidity level is not satisfactory for the durability of your home and for your health. Indeed, too high a humidity rate promotes the development of potentially pathogenic organisms such as dust mites or moulds. In addition, too much humidity increases the feeling of cold and leads to overheating the accommodation, considerably increasing heating consumption.<\/p>\n

Conversely, too low a humidity level (RH< 40%) is not satisfactory. Indeed, insufficient humidity can lead to irritation of the nose, throat and even respiratory complications.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
