U9 Project: a new step forward towards a modernized industrial tool

The future U9 plant project, covering an area of 4,000 m², continues to progress at a sustained pace. After completing the entire structure at the end of 2025, the site has now reached a major milestone by entering the interior fit-out phase.

Early 2026: launch of interior works

This start of the year marks the kickoff of essential operations for the future commissioning of the site. Work currently underway includes:

• Installation of future workstations: Teams are installing the equipment and infrastructure that will welcome our employees as soon as the building opens.

• Installation of dynamic storage racks: These modern storage systems will enhance logistics efficiency and support the modernization of our processes.

• Fit-out of shared areas: living areas are also taking shape, with the creation of a break room and functional changing rooms, essential to team comfort.

A modern, sustainable plant focused on humidity-controlled production

Designed to support Anjos’s development, the U9 plant incorporates equipment that matches our ambitions:

• Partial power supply via solar panels, reducing the site’s energy footprint and strengthening our environmental commitment.

• A dedicated car park, making access easier and improving employee comfort.

• A focus largely dedicated to the production of adjustable humidity-controlled air valves, strengthening our ability to meet growing demand in this strategic segment.

• 6 R&D projects led by our teams,
• 5 new products developed, including CTP2, EM 2 HY, and ALIZE BLUE, designed to effectively meet market needs and improve Indoor Air Quality.

Heading for 2026

Anjos Ventilation is now looking ahead to 2026 with a clear objective: to continue innovating, supporting our partners, and offering increasingly efficient and responsible ventilation solutions.

The program included: researcher pitches, immersive workshops, and company feedback sessions, covering key areas such as energy, environment, artificial intelligence, Indoor Air Quality, and advanced materials. The discussions highlighted the value of research-industry partnerships and opportunities for future collaborations.

Sylvain Franiatte, Research & Innovation Engineer, and Laetitia Ferreira, Communications Manager, notably shared feedback on the NUAGE laboratory, now operational for 1 year. Established in 2024, it is a close collaboration with the LOCIE laboratory, Tenerrdis, the Cerema, and with financial support from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region. This partnership has already yielded concrete results: one doctoral thesis, scientific articles, two product patents filed, and the development of innovative tools such as a digital twin. These advancements strengthen regional industrial competitiveness. This project holds particular importance. It receives increased attention, as the issue of Indoor Air Quality is gaining increasing prominence. This topic is particularly essential for the health and well-being of individuals.

The event concluded with a networking session, paving the way for new collaborations starting in 2026.

Alizé BLUE: A New Generation of Extraction Vents

A major new addition to the 2026 Price List, Alizé BLUE makes its debut in our catalog.
It is a battery-powered extraction vent, equipped with a remote-controlled timer, offering simplified installation and practical use.

Alizé BLUE automatically adjusts airflow according to ambient humidity, ensuring energy-efficient ventilation. Battery-powered, it eliminates the need for electrical wiring, making installation quick and easy, whether for new builds or renovations.

Remote control

Another major advantage of the Alizé BLUE is its smart remote control. With a simple click, you can activate an additional airflow for 30 minutes, without any electrical connection. This feature enables flexible, convenient ventilation management, tailored to your specific needs.

Implementation

Installing Alizé BLUE is quick and easy. Secure the mouthpiece with screws, using the holes in the support plate. Insert the batteries into the connection box, respecting the polarities indicated.

To pair the vent with the remote control, press and hold the remote control button until the red LED lights up, then insert the batteries into the vent. Release the button after opening the shutter to finalize pairing. An automatic open/close cycle may occur on first power-up.

An ambitious project born in 2023

Launched in September 2023, the NUAGE project (for Numérisation et Utilisation des Algorithmes pour la GEstion de l’air) has achieved key milestones thanks to close collaboration with the LOCIE laboratory, Tenerrdis and Cerema, and financial support from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region.

Today, we are proud to announce that our QAI NUAGE test bench is fully operational!

A laboratory for innovation

The NUAGE laboratory faithfully reproduces a controlled indoor environment, allowing key parameters such as temperature, humidity and pollutant concentration to be varied . It provides precise data to assess the performance of components under development and guide innovation in ventilation.

It now incorporates a digital twin, a genuine simulation tool, enabling the results of tests carried out in the NUAGE laboratory to be compared with those obtained virtually. The strong similarity between the two sets of data confirms the reliability of the model, and points to very promising prospects for the future.

The first tests focused on fine particles PM₁₀ and PM₂,₅, and future campaigns will concentrate on CO₂, a major issue for indoor air quality.

An inauguration day rich in exchanges

The day of April 15 unfolded according to a rhythmic schedule:

• 10:00 – Welcome to participants: LOCIE laboratory, Tenerrdis, CEREMA, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region.
• 11:00 – Presentation of the laboratory and initial results.
• 2:00 pm – Welcoming the press and elected representatives: Alexandre Nanchi (Regional Councillor), Joël Brunet (Departmental Councillor), and the Mayor of Torcieu.
• 3:00 pm – Guided tour of the NUAGE laboratory.
• 4:00 pm – End of the day.

A forward-looking collective dynamic

The inauguration was an opportunity to showcase an ambitious collective effort focused on innovation, performance and the sustainability of ventilation solutions. Thanks to NUAGE, we are paving the way for a better understanding of indoor air quality phenomena and more effective technological solutions. Our warmest thanks to all participants for their presence and commitment.

Tests are underway, and the results so far are very encouraging. The next step is to refine our models and extend the test campaigns!

Towards more efficient, more intelligent and more sustainable ventilation.

The CTP2 is ideal forresidential and individual housing, both for new builds and renovations. It is suitable for ventilation systems, including single- and double-flow CMVs, kitchen hoods and thermodynamic water heaters. Available in diameters of 125 and 160, it comes in two colors: tile and slate.

This new Roof vents has been specially designed to improve airflow. It stands out for its superior aeraulic performance and attractive appearance. Thanks to minimal pressure drops, it ensures optimum airflow, making it the most efficient Roof vents on the market. For example, the Ø160 model has a discharge pressure drop of just 7.5 Pa at 200 m³/h.

CTP2 is quick and easy to install, even on roof slopes from 16°.

In addition to its new design, we offer an alternative to lead foil, made from recycled PVB. This material offers several advantages:

• Ease of application: The product can be installed quickly and easily.
• Light: Very thin and light, it combines strength and flexibility with a density of 2.3 kg/m² and a thickness of 1.8 mm, yet is as strong as lead.
• Respectful: This alternative is a responsible solution that limits environmental impact.
• Resistant: Thanks to its composition, temperature variations have a reduced effect on the product.

AHR Orlando was a means of fully integrating this coveted market, which is very different from the European one. We are upgrading our products to meet the specific expectations of this new market.
